30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all the fine jewelry we make but in the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date your item was shipped. The following is a complete set of instructions for return:

Call 1-646-470-5355 for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION code; it is important to receive this code prior to shipping your item, packages received without prior authorization may be subject to refusal. For security purposes only the named purchaser in our records can request the RMA code.
Pack your item for return carefully; we suggest you use the manner in which we packed your item be a guide for return shipping. We ask that you do not reuse the box we shipped your item in or a shipping envelope of any kind. Damages caused by negligent packaging can adversely affect your refund. Include ALL items we included (jewelry boxes and appraisal).
Insure your item for transit; for your own protection while the item is in transit that adequate insurance coverage be purchased. If an item becomes lost during transit it is the responsibility of the customer to file an insurance claim with the shipper, any claims paid by the shipper will be considered a refund.
